Floridians demand only the best when it comes to fresh oysters. Another restaurant in Florida has partnered up with Williams Wharf Oyster Company to serve our famous oysters. Tin Fish Restaurant in Sunrise, Florida is going to have our East River Rocks and our Deep Sweets on the menu!
If you want to try our oysters the way we like them, order a naked oyster without any sauce. You will love the complex taste that William’s Wharf Oysters have. Our oysters grow on clean white sand, away from the silt of the brackish water. That’s why our oysters taste so great naked.
History Of Tin Fish
Tin Fish is a family-affordable seafood restaurant that serves premier fast-casual seafood. The concept of the restaurant was created by Joseph Melluso more than 13 years ago. Melluso started as a fish cutter at New York City’s famous Fulton Fish Market. In a place like this he got the chance to study with the great culinary masters like Libby Hillman and Giuliano Bugialli. After a while, Melluso managed to switch from cutting to cooking. His new job and the experience he had while working at Fulton Fish Market have led him to a life-changing event – the opening of his first seafood restaurant known as the Tin Fish restaurant.
Since then the Tin Fish concept has had a great success on the market. Joseph Melluso opened 9 restaurants across the US. You can find the Tin Fish restaurants in California, Florida and Indiana.
Tin Fish is located on the 10053 Sunset Strip, Sunrise, FL , 33322.
