A brand-new raw bar called Fuller’s is about to open in Hampton Roads. Specifically in Phoebus, Virginia. It will serve up oysters, fresh seafood, sandwiches and other entrees. We are happy to announce that William’s Wharf Oyster Company will not only supply the bar with our fresh oysters but will also take a part in the Fuller’s grand opening!
Our main focus at the event will be on choosing the pairings for our oysters. We prepared different wine and beer options that you will love. It’s a list of our favorite pairing suggestions to help you enjoy William’s Wharf Oysters the way they’re supposed to be enjoyed – paired with a delicious beverage that brings out their unique flavor. The owners of the Fuller’s are local restaurateurs Sean Pepe, Gary McIntyre and Joe Iles, who own El Diablo Loco, Barking Dog, Kismet Bistro and The Deadrise. The new raw bar will be just a couple of doors away from El Diablo Loco, a restaurant that the group opened recently.
It took more than six months to prepare the bar for a grand opening. The restaurateurs even hired an architect to help them with construction.
Sean Pepe, Gary McIntyre and Joe Iles are real professionals in restaurant business. This year alone they were able to open a second Barking Dog restaurant, launched a food truck and opened El Diablo Loco, a restaurant that is located near the Fuller’s Raw Bar.
Fuller’s Raw Bar is located in Phoebus, Hampton, VA, at the corner of Mellen and Hope streets.
